Understanding Our Refund & Cancellation Terms

1. Subscription Cancellation & Payment Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription, but you will retain access to the service until the end of the billing period.

If you cancel a subscription before the renewal date, your account will not be charged for the next billing cycle. If you cancel a payment before the next payment, your account will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

2. Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our software within 30 days of purchase, you can request a full refund. After the 30-day period, refunds will not be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • The software must not have been modified, tampered with, or used in a manner that violates the Terms of Service.
  • The refund request must be submitted by the same individual or entity that made the original purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain purchases are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription renewals.
  • Purchased add-ons or premium features.
  • Subscription plans that are part of a promotional or discounted offer.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

For cancellation requests, you can manage your subscription directly in your account or contact customer support for assistance.
