Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription, but you will retain access to the service until the end of the billing period.
If you cancel a subscription before the renewal date, your account will not be charged for the next billing cycle. If you cancel a payment before the next payment, your account will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
We offer a 30-day refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our software within 30 days of purchase, you can request a full refund. After the 30-day period, refunds will not be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
